A Global Capability Centre should be designed around the capability the organisation needs. Clarify the work, the required expertise and the way the new team will connect with existing operations.

Define responsibilities, review standards, information access and communication routines. Make handoffs explicit and give teams a shared understanding of success. The operating model should help people resolve questions and surface issues early.

Measure delivery quality, responsiveness and growing organisational capacity. Review the experience of both the global team and the people receiving its work. Sustainable capability depends on clear ownership, learning and continuous improvement across the whole organisation.
